Adult Formation

Adult Formation

Adult Forum: On Sunday mornings when there isn’t breakfast (2nd & 4th Sundays of every month), a group of parishioners meet to talk about questions we have about the faith or a particular subject of interest that impacts are day to day life. This time is framed by a time for the sharing of information and for conversation.  To learn more see our newsletter or contact the church office at office@emmanuelbelair.org

Bible Study: Join us Friday mornings at 9:30 in the Harward Parlor to talk about a book of the bible or a topic related to scripture. All are welcome to join us. Led by lay members of the congregation, this is a terrific opportunity to share with each other what God speaks to our hearts. Any questions, please contact Heather Costantino at sundayschool.emmanuel@gmail.com or leave a message for her on the church phone, 443-836-7699.

Episcopal 101: Episcopal 101 meets on the last Wednesday of every month a 7 P.M. in the parlor. This class takes a step back and looks at the foundational beliefs of both Christianity and the Episcopal Church. It is a chance to learn more about why we do what we do, to think through the essential questions of the faith.  All people are welcome at this class, whether you are just exploring the Episcopal Church or have been an Episcopalian all your life. It is also required for anyone wishing to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church. For more information contact Father Nathan at rector@emmanuelbelair.org
