Sunday School

Emmanuel Church has a unique Sunday School. Unlike most churches, which purchase a pre-packaged curriculum, Emmanuel is blessed to have a Christian Education Coordinator who designs each class’s lesson each week. She knows each child, each teacher and most of the parents – and this informs the choices for each week’s classes. Six classes cover all of our students from preschool to middle school, and our high school class (which includes preparation for Confirmation) epitomizes the program. Under normal circumstances, Emmanuel’s Sunday School classes meet at 10:00 AM, during second worship service, with students and teachers returning to church in time for Holy Communion. For more information, call 410 838-7699 and ask for Heather.
